Xpert Fintech Ltd. has acquired EcoSoftBD IT Ltd., a Bangladeshi vendor of order management systems (OMS) for brokerages, The New Nation reported on 11 May 2025.
According to the report, the two companies formalised the acquisition by signing a memorandum of understanding on 22 April 2025 at Xpert Fintech's office in Bijoynagar, Dhaka. The financial terms were not disclosed.
EcoSoftBD had already been supplying brokerages: in April 2022 The Business Standard reported that First Capital Securities had agreed with the company to provide its trading technology.
The acquisition was also reported in Bangla by Banglanews24 ("ইকোসফটবিডি আইটি'কে অধিগ্রহণ করেছে এক্সপার্ট ফিনটেক").
