On 22 April 2025 Xpert Fintech Ltd. and EcoSoftBD IT Ltd. signed a memorandum of understanding for Xpert Fintech to acquire EcoSoftBD, at Xpert Fintech's office in Bijoynagar, Dhaka. The acquisition was announced in May 2025.
