Xpert Fintech Limited (XFL), formerly known as Brokerage Technology Services Ltd (BTSL), was incorporated on 2 December 2021 under the Companies Act, 1994 with registration number C-177183/2021, and office in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is predominantly a partnership of ten brokerages. The majority of the partner brokerages, on the other hand, are bank subsidiaries.
We are primarily focused on providing a vast array of software development and IT support services to various financial and non-financial businesses, including capital markets intermediaries.
