An agreement has been signed between Xpert Fintech Ltd. and SK Advisory FZ LLC today in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As per the agreement, SK Advisory FZ LLC, a reputed IT company based in UAE, will provide the ZagTrader OMS (Order Management System) to Xpert Fintech Ltd., a consortium of ten brokerages, to facilitate its customers to access an automated trading platform for executing transactions with Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE).
In the signing ceremony, Mr. Mohammed Rahmat Pasha, Director, and Mr. Mohammad Ali FCA, Consultant attended on behalf of Xpert Fintech Ltd. and other Board of Directors and Managing Director of Xpert Fintech Ltd. attended through online platform.
Mr. Shihab A. Khalil, Founder & CEO and Mr. Wasef Shakaa, Chief Operating Officer, and other high officials from SK Advisory were also present.
